Silver Spring 1870 Ginger Ale

30ml Vodka

20ml Sweet Vermouth

10ml Triple Sec

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Add the vodka, vermouth, triple sec and bitters into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well, strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with cubed ice, top up with 1870 Ginger Ale and garnish with a large sprig of thyme.

Midas Touch Martini

50ml Vodka
15ml Lillet Blanc
2 dashes Orange Bitters

Shake with ice and strain into a tall glass filled with cubed ice
Top with1870 Soda Water
Garnish with a large gold-plated olive
