Blushing Bride

35ml Gin

15ml Triple Sec

15ml Elderflower Cordial

10ml Rose Petal Syrup

25ml Lemon Juice

Pour all the ingredients into cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a tall glass filled with cubed ice and top with1870 Soda Water. And for that final finishing touch, garnish with blackberries.

Centre Court Smash

All you need to create your own stir on centre court is:

50ml Gin

3 Strawberries

2 Basil Leaves

Pinch Black Pepper

20ml Lemon Juice

1870 Tonic Water

10ml Sugar Syrup

In a cocktail shaker, crush the strawberries and basil together and add the other ingredients. Shake well and strain into a tall glass filled with cubed ice. Top with 1870 Tonic Water, garnish with a strawberry and a basil leaf, then sit back, and enjoy!

Supersonic Gin and Tonic

50ml G’Vine Gin
10ml Lemon Juice
10ml Lime Juice
5 grapes

In a cocktail shaker, muddle (crush) the grapes and add the other ingredients
Shake well and double strain into a tall glass filled with cubed ice
Top with 1870 Tonic Water
Garnish with grapes and lemon & lime slices
